01 Steep
Fill your bathtub with very hot water, empty the whole sea salt packet into the tub and toss the cotton bag full of seaweed into your bathtub. Let it all steep for 8-10 minutes. This allows the beautifully rich minerals and nutrients to disperse and coalesce, creating a perfect body drench.
02 Soak
Step in and soak for 15-30 minutes. The minerals and nutrients will begin to absorb into your skin and you’ll feel more and more relaxed while your body detoxes and hydrates. While soaking, gently squeeze the bag of seaweed to release the seaweed’s natural, nutrient-packed gels. Use this bag to gently massage and exfoliate your entire face and body.
03 Rest & Relax
After your soak you will feel relaxation kick in and the need to rest. Drink plenty of water and find your favorite place to relax.
